We came a bit late and were only able to spend an hour or so at the conservatory.
No group discounts.
The place was very hot and humid. The butterflies were awesome and we got a bunch of cool pictures. I'll post some here.
The staff was reasonably polite. It was an overall great experience. I've found a place of Zen here with butterflies.

Amazing place with countless number of beautiful butterflies. Wonderful place for people of all ages. There is a gift shop which contacts lot of amazing gifts or things which you can keep to memorize your trip.

The humidity is nice and makes you feel like your in the tropics.
I would say it gets a bit crowded as well, so maybe don't go first thing in the morning
There are so many beautiful butterflies.. it was lovely. The place is maintained well & requires you to purchase tickets. The only downside was that some people try to catch the butterflies to take pictures - that was really sad to watch.
