We did the early morning semi-private Vatican Tour with Laura. It was our family of four and another couple. We were able to get in before all the crowds and stay a step ahead of them.
No long lines or crowds. (We did see some other LivTours that were lining up but without early access, at first we were directed to that group but luckily found Laura first!) We had special access to some rooms which we really appreciated. Laura is a gem, so kind and knowledgeable. You could tell that everyone who greeted her from other guides to workers at the Vatican, have a great deal of respect for her.
We feel so fortunate to have had this experience. Thank you!
We booked the Coliseum semi private tour, Gladiators Gate and Arena floor after our original booking was cancelled last minute by another tour operator. As this was to be the highlight of our Rome trip, it was stressful and disappointing so how refreshing to find LivTours! Their response time and support were excellent.
Our tour guide was Marco. I have been lucky enough to visit the Coliseum several times but with Marco, I discovered many new interesting facts. Marco was passionate, thorough and his knowledge was outstanding, along with a great sense of humour. He brought the Coliseum and Forum to life for our party of 6.
Thank you Marco snd LivTours, Highly recommended!

We are currently in Rome and experienced two very informative and interesting tours with LivTours. Dennis at the Coliseum was well versed in the rich history of the Coliseum and Forum. His English is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon!
Claudio at the Vatican today was also very informative and well- versed in the history of the church and the art associated with it! We highly recommend LivTours and will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you for enriching our trip to Italy!
Misleading "exclusive early access vatican semi private tour with private option". You are made to believe that you will see the wonders of the Vatican without the crowds but this is far from the case.
The tour is advertised as no more than 6 people but when you arrive at 7.30am at the meeting point there are hundreds of people waiting for LivTours (and even more for other companies).
You are then broken up into smaller groups but it makes very little difference and the collective whole enters at the same opening time.
I guess it still beats lining up after 9am but more transparency is required.
