Suntransfers

Excellent service, drivers professional and courteous. Vehicles clean and modern. We even got a very nice upgrade on our transfer back to Menorca Airport from a 9 seater minibus to a 20+ seater Mercedes micro coach for just 7 of us.

Would use again.

This service was booked with less than 24 hours notice. My daughter was moving to Madrid and had 8 pieces of luggage and was travelling alone. Suntransfers was VERY helpful. We had to add a stop from airport to apartment with about 6 hours notice. They were on top of everything. The communication was top notch. Fees were very reasonable. Excellent service, driver professional and courteous. Vehicles clean and modern. I highly recommend!

Easy to book, had a slight issue with the pick up from the airport as Ryanair had changed the flight time but after a call to customer services this was sorted quickly and a new voucher was emailed. Promo pick up, driver waiting with card with my name on it, friendly and helpful. Same on transfer back, driver was 15 mins early and I was a bit conscious of this as the voucher said the driver would only wait 10 minutes before they would leave. (I was having one more holiday cocktail before leaving and didn’t get to finish it) I’m not holding that against them.

Absolutely brilliant - our flight times had changed and we arrived 20 minutes early, but a call to the office and it was sorted in minutes. Flight change on the way back also changed but a quick email to them and everything for the new pick up was emailed immediately. I have always found suntransfers excellent and even is something like flight changes goes wrong they are brilliant at ensuring your journey goes smoothly. Highly Recommend
