It is one of the most beautiful and famous palaces in Vienna. This place has a great historical background. This place is amazing for a walk 🚶‍♂️ or run around. The garden is very beautiful and is very well located. The palace inside is also very beautiful. A must visit place when you are in Vienna or around.

You actually don’t need a ticket to see the iconic garden and get the nice pictures.. unfortunately we found this out after we paid for a tour inside. Nevertheless still a beautiful and iconic sight in Vienna. If you want to see the inside you NEED to book tickets in advance because of up to 3 hour waits.

I would highly recommend visiting this palace! The gardens were free to walk around which is only what we did and we got some amazing pictures!

Lost a star because it is quite expensive to go into each part of the palace, and being two students we decided not to spend €20 each to look inside. If you've never seen these sorts of places before then I could see why you wouldn't mind paying but I've been to many of similar estates and we also went to another palace in Austria so I was happy just walking arounf the gardens and admiring the views.

Michael S. was our tour guide. He is the reason I am giving the visit a 5 star review. Michael was very informative, personal and had little snippets to share that made the tour very enjoyable. His English was perfect and easy to understand and loud enough for all to hear clearly. I would recommend taking the tour rather than going through on your own or using a hand held listening device.
